Faulty Condition

Major software/hardware issues i.e.
The phone freezes, crashes regularly
If Face ID doesn’t work (if applicable )
Phone sensors are not working (i.e. proximity, accelerometer, GPS)
Device has to power up / show sign of life
If ink / coloured lines / green screen is showing on screen this is accepted
Significant physical damage
Faulty screen, casing or rear glass (including cracks, discolouration, dead spots, pressure marks and damaged pixels)
