Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your sell order from our site. You should understand that by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use.

You should print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions and the terms of use for future reference.

How The Contract Is Formed Between You And Us
Our site is only intended for use by people registered with us and resident in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At our complete discretion we may accept or reject orders from people outside of these territories.

Your contract with us will be formed when we receive your sell order. It will incorporate these terms and conditions and our terms of use. Please click on the “How It Works” page for more information.

You must own all rights, title and interests in any phone(s) and/or devices (inc. Tablets, Watches, Gaming and Laptops) that you send to us. 

If we at any time become aware of any issues, you will be required to co-operate with the authorities and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the payment. In the event that payment has been made to you we will request that this sum is returned to us immediately.

Ownership of the device(s) will pass to us when we receive them, in accordance with these terms and conditions, and we have dispatched payment to you, when, hence, a contract will be formed.

The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. 

We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase for any device that is sold/sent to us.

We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
Initial quote is not guaranteed, prices are subject to change dependent on actual condition of phone

You may cancel the contract with us at any time up to the time when you send us the device (“cooling-off period”), providing:
* the contract was negotiated and concluded exclusively by means of distance communication (including, but not limited to, telephone, letter, fax or email); and
* you are a natural person acting outside the purposes of any business.
When cancelling during the cooling-off period, you need not give us any reason for cancelling the contract, nor will you have to pay any administration charges.
To cancel the contract you must notify us in writing.
Other than if the device does not meet our terms and conditions (see below), this contract cannot be cancelled after you have sent your device(s) to us (outside the “cooling-off period”).

For packages delivered before 1pm they are processed and paid the same day, any parcels delivered after 1pm get processed the day later and paid the next day due to having to test and process all devices and needing processing time. 

Please bare in mind Royal Mail can have some slight working days delays, even if your device says delivered on royal mails tracking website, this would then mean there is still a few more working days until we are actually able to collect the device.

If your device has an iCloud your payment will only be made the same day your iCloud has been removed and confirmed that it has been removed by us, please also note if your device does not turn on and after 1 month of no contact from either party this device will be recycled of. 

If your device arrives to our office with an LCD issue or a phone not turning on, we can only pay you until we have sorted this issue out.

Please note and be aware that the faulty section only allows a maximum of 2 faults, if your device has multiple issues you will be given a revised quote.

Please note that if your device has screen burn, ink or damage to the actual LCD and not the glass then the faulty price will not be the price you receive as this is deemed as a severe fault.

Please also note that all devices are tested fully for their functions and conditions before payment is made to ensure that the device is as described. If the device isn’t as described we will provide a revised amount.

Following on from your device(s) being fully tested and checked if your device doesn’t fall under the same category initially filled out on the online form to sell your device, we will communicate a new price for your device via Email. We have final decision on all values for a device(s). After 14 calendar days of communication of the value we place on your device, if there is no acknowledgement that you accept/decline the communicated amount will be auto-paid to the payment details provided on filling out the form. 

Please note if your battery health is below 83% this is then deemed to be a bad battery which we will have to then replace which will result in a revised amount.

When you are quoted for your device, please be aware that the quote is a payment of up to the amount you was quoted, this is subjective dependent on if your device has more issues that need to be repaired

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY TO SEND THE DEVICE(S) TO US AND THAT IT IS WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS TO DO SO.
Consumers
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

* You are resident in Great Britain or Northern Ireland; and
* You are accessing our site from that country; and
* You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
* You are at least 18 years old; or
* If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your device to us for the sum indicated via our website.
You and your parents or guardians release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the device to us in breach of this warranty.

You are the legal owner of the device you are selling or you have pull permission to sell the device you are sending to us as once payment has been made, we will then be the new legal owners of your device and once a device is paid, it can not be sent back.

Please be aware if you do not know your iCloud details and cannot remove your iCloud, you will have to pay a Royal Mail postage cost of £10 to have your device sent back to you.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return them

Devices worth a maximum of £100 are fully insured, Royal Mail’s compensation is a maximum of £100 for insurance. Insurance is subjective of approval depending on the case of if a device is either completely lost or damaged.

If you deal as a consumer any provision of this contract which is of no effect to a consumer shall not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected by this contract.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “consumer” means an individual who neither makes this contract in the course of a business, nor holds himself out as doing so, as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Businesses
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

* You are authorised to act on behalf of the registered business; and
* You are based in Great Britain or Northern Ireland; and
* You are accessing our site from that country; and
* You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Devices
Each device (inc. Tablets, Watches, Gaming and Laptops) sold should match the make and model in the sale order and meet the following conditions:
Mobile
Good

* No Scratches seen on phone
* No cracks, dents, scuffs, missing paint, pressure marks, screenburn or dead pixels
* Handset powers on and is fully functional
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all function correctly
* No liquid damage
* Battery health is a minimum of 83%
* Where applicable stylus must be included
* Handset is a UK model with original 
hardware & software that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted

* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return them
Poor
* No More than 3 very light scratches on the screen
* No More than 5 light scratches on housing and camera surround
* Some dents, scuffs or missing paint
* Handset powers on and is fully functional
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all function correctly
* No liquid damage

* Battery health is a minimum of 83%
* Where applicable stylus must be included
* Handset is a UK model with original software that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted
* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return them
Faulty
Faults include but are not limited to:
* Physical damage (cracks, pressure marks, screenburn, bent, engravings, pixel discolouration or dead pixels)
* Display has deep scratches that can be felt, delamination, chips or cracked glass
* Must only include a Max of two faults else quote will be revised
* Dust under screen and/or on camera lens
* Screen has lifted or is poorly fitted
* Dust under screen and/or under camera
* Handset is not fully functional
* Handset does not charge, freezes or is stick in a loop
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC do not function correctly
* Home button is cracked or damaged
* Power button is stiff, cracked or damaged
* Faulty mute button
* Spots on or faulty camera
* Telephoto lens fault
* Quiet microphone or earpiece
* No service
* Faulty proximity
* Accelerometer
* Overheats
* Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth fault
* Signs of liquid damage
* Battery health is less than 83%
* Where applicable stylus is missing
* Handset is a non-UK model, software has been modified, jail broken or rooted
* If we are unable to wipe your device (e.g., due to non-power up etc.) we may be able to recycle your device but unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any value
* We cannot buy your Handset if it is Barred; FMI or account locked; has been tampered with or is missing internal components
* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return them
